On April 3, 2023, Atoman signed an investment agreement with Zhuji Municipal Government at the 2023 Zhuji Development Conference. Atoman plans to invest in the construction of an epitaxial wafer factory in Zhuji Development Zone to engage in the production of high-performance compound semiconductor epitaxial wafers. 

Atoman and Zhuji municipal government will give full play to their respective advantages and resources, establish a close cooperation mechanism. Atoman will make full use of the advantages of the automotive power electronics enterprise cluster in the Yangtze River Delta region, leverage the resources of Zhejiang Microwave RF Industry Alliance, introduce advanced production equipment and technology, and promote the rapid development and innovation and upgrading of Zhuji semiconductor industry.
