On September 22, Atoman signed a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Third-generation Semiconductor Innovation Center of Xidian University (hereinafter referred to as "Innovation Center").
With the theme of "New Era of Chip Innovation and New Engine for the Greater Bay Area", the conference centered on discussing and providing suggestions on topics such as the industry-university-research cooperation, the coordinated development of the semiconductor industry in the Greater Bay Area, and the latest technological achievements and development trends in the third-generation semiconductor field.
In the future, Atoman will rely on the Innovation Center's 6-8 inch GaN full-process R&D and technical service capabilities, focus on the advantages of MBE technology in the field of GaN materials and devices to promote the industrialization of GaN and expand the market share of MBE-based GaN device products in emerging applications.
