From July 1 to July 5, 2024, the five-day training program for new employees of Atoman Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held. A total of 21 new employees participated in this training, which was primarily conducted at the Beijing Shunyi Factory. News employees working at the Beijing Kunsha office, Xiamen Houxi office, and Xiamen Chengyi office attended the training sessions via video link.

Opening Ceremony of New Employee Training Program

At the opening ceremony of the new employee training on July 1, Mr. Ni Jian, the chairman of company, and Mr. Zhou Junming, Chief Scientist, delivered inspiring speeches respectively.

Chairman Ni Jian extended a warm welcome to the new employees on behalf of the company. He then provided a detailed introduction to Atoman Semiconductor’s development history from spatial, historical, and social perspectives, likening the company’s growth since its founding to the process of a“Reinvent Yourself as a Butterfly.” Concluding his remarks, Chairman Ni quoted a letter from Academician Mu-ming Poo to his students, articulating his high expectations for the new employees, encouraging them to engage their work with enthusiasm and a spirit of excellence, and swiftly adapt to the company culture to effectively contribute to the company's success.

Mr Zhou Junming, the Chief Scientist, shared the development history of Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) technology with the new employees, helping them better understand the responsibilities and missions Atoman Semiconductor is currently shouldering. Through sharing his own experiences, Mr. Zhou expressed his hopes for the new employees, urging them to cultivate a spirit of exploration in their work, learn to enjoy the pleasure it brings, and to truly appreciate the meaning of“taking pride in Atoman and being proud of MBE technology.”

The following five-day training program focused on Mr. Zhou Junming’s “ Introduction to MBE” and the company’s “Safety Production Series Training”. Department heads and senior employees delivered comprehensive introductions on various aspects of the industry and the company. During the training, new employees also toured the office areas and clean rooms of the Beijing Factory.

At the conclusion of the week-long training, all operational employees successfully passed the safety production examination, thereby earning their qualification to enter the clean room. Moving forward, , new employees will embark on a 3- to 6-month on-the-job training period, tailored to their respective positions. This training will include theoretical learning in the classroom and practical training supervised by mentors.

As a capstone to the training, new employees in Beijing Shunyi Factory engaged in team-building activities. These activities fostered mutual understanding among new employees and enhanced team cohesion and execution capabilities.
