On March 19, 2025, Atoman Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Turku City Government in Finland. The agreement was signed by Mr. Ni Jian, Chairman of Atoman Semiconductor, and Ms. Minna Arve, Mayor of Turku, in the presence of representatives from the local government, academia, and industry.

Following the signing ceremony, Mr. Ni Jian, Ms. Minna Arve, and representatives from renowned local universities, including the University of Turku, Turku University of Applied Sciences, and Åbo Akademi University, held a closed-door seminar. The discussions focused on talent development and exchange, the establishment of flagship Sino-European technology collaboration projects, and the application of compound semiconductors in emerging industries.

This collaboration marks a significant step in strengthening semiconductor industry cooperation between China and Finland, supporting Finland’s strategic semiconductor development, and fostering innovation across the supply chain.
