Senior R&D Engineer for Epitaxial Materials (Nitride, Arsenic-Phosphorus Systems)
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the R&D of related epitaxial materials;
2.Responsible for the production and introduction related epitaxial materials;
3.Carry out competitive analysis, develop products according to market demand and project management.
Requirements:
1.Ph.D.degree, major in physics, condensed matter physics, semiconductor materials, semiconductor optoelectronic devices, microelectronics, solid state electronics and other related majors;
2.Rich experience in epitaxial growth of related compound materials, good knowledge of the test characterization and process of related compounds;
3.Relevant academic achievements or patents in the field of optoelectronics, RF or power devices are preferred;
4.Ability to operate, maintain and optimize ultra-high vacuum equipment is preferred;
5.Good oral and written English, English can be used as a working language;
6.Be patient and meticulous, practical and diligent; with sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, and high loyalty.
