Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.Construction of the company’s MBE production line equipment and formulation of operation specifications;
2.Responsible for the epitaxial product testing and feedback on results;
3.Responsible for the analysis of production data and the writing of test reports;
4.Work with epitaxial and process engineers to complete the optimization of epitaxy products.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics, electronic engineering, materials, physics and other related majors;
2.Experience in compound film testing and in using XRD, PL, AFM, Surface Scan and other test equipment is preferred;
3.Good learning ability, communication skills, anti-pressure ability and teamwork spirit.
