After-Sales Service Commissioner

Responsibilities:
1. Collect and analyze customer information, needs and suggestions;
2. Responsible for client review, calling customers for user feedback and needs, answering customer questions and solving problems;
3. Explore the potential needs of customers, promote repurchase and after-sales for side-line range of products;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, clear mind, quick thinking, standard mandarin;
2. Good sense of service, patience and sense of responsibility, excellent language competence and communication skills;
3. Teamwork spirit, strong ability to work under pressure;
4. Work carefully and meticulously, strong execution ability, positive and optimistic, enterprising, and willing to comply with the company's management system.
