Associate Director of Sales
Responsibilities::
1. Formulate epi-wafer product marketing system and marketing strategies according to the company’s market strategy;
2. Establish and improve the marketing mechanism and structure, build a marketing team, adjust the marketing strategy in a timely manner, coordinate the company’s internal and external resources to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives, and complete the task of payment collection;
3. Formulate marketing incentive mechanism, complete market development and sales goals, achieve sales targets by making sales plans, assigning sales tasks, and conducting performance appraisals; Reasonably formulate marketing budget, control expenses and save costs;
4. Pay close attention to market trends, be capable of estimating industry trends and providing decision-making suggestions for the management;
5. Coordinate the company’s external publicity, build marketing culture, and improve the company’s brand awareness and customer trust;
6.Responsible for the relationship maintenance and business negotiation of key customers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in communications, microelectronics, semiconductors and other science and engineering disciplines;
2. At least 5 years of semiconductor material or device sales experience, good knowledge of semiconductor material market and application trends, industry customer resources and industry contacts are preferred;
3. Deep understanding of domestic and foreign market trends, good knowledge of the application of arsenic-phosphorus systems and GaN materials and the current situation of the foundry market;
4. Good oral and written English is preferred;
5. Integrity, sense of responsibility, teamwork awareness and good at networking, proactive, customer-focused, self-motivated to succeed are preferred.
