Deputy Director of Factory Affairs
Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the construction of the new factory and the expansion and transformation of the old factory;
2. Responsible for the planning, preventive management, risk assessment and improvement implementation of water, electricity, gas and chemical systems of the factory;
3. Ensure the continuous and stable operation of each system of the factory, meet the production needs while achieving the rational use of energy, and improve the efficiency of resource use;
4. Responsible for the emergency treatment of sudden abnormalities in the water, electricity, gas and chemical systems of the factory.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics, HVAC, chemical technology, water supply and drainage, environmental engineering or other related majors, under 40 years old;
2. At least 8 years of experience in factory management of semiconductors, panels and LEDs (epi-wafers and chips) and other related enterprises;
3. Experience in factory construction and EHS system management is preferred;
4. Proficient in office software; positive and optimistic, down-to-earth and diligent, enterprising.
