Epitaxy Engineer in MBE
Responsibilities：
1.Grow epitaxial products (especially nitride, arsenic/phosphide);
2.Assist equipment engineers to complete the maintenance of MBE equipment;
3.Work with process and testing engineers to optimize growth procedures.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in physics, condensed matter physics, semiconductor materials, semiconductor optoelectronic devices, microelectronics and solid-state electronics, at least 3 years of R&D experience in MBE;
2.Experience in operating ultra-high vacuum equipment is preferred;
3.Good oral and written English, ability to read and write necessary materials and communicate with foreign manufacturers in daily work;
4.Good learning ability, communication skills, stress resistance and teamwork spirit.
