Epitaxy R&D Engineer in MBE
Responsibilities：
1.Grow compound semiconductor material (especially nitride, arsenic/phosphide);
2.Optimize the epitaxial process according to the epitaxial material test and the feedback of downstream devices;
3.Carry out data analysis and analytical detection of MBE products, and then formulate the reports and technical documents.
Requirements:
1.Master degree, major in physics, condensed matter physics, semiconductor materials, semiconductor optoelectronic devices, microelectronics and solid-state electronics;
2.Rich experience in operating MBE equipment and growing related compound semiconductor materials, and the ability to conduct equipment maintenance and handle process abnormality;
3.Good knowledge of various characterization methods of epitaxial wafers, such as XRD, PL, AFM, etc., and ability to develop and compile epitaxial growth processes according to the required material structure;
4.Good oral and written English, ability to read and write necessary materials and communicate with foreign manufacturers in daily work; Good learning ability, communication skills, anti-pressure ability and teamwork spirit.
