Equipment R&D Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Assist subsidiaries to participate in the research and development of production equipment;
2. Construction of the company’s MBE production line equipment and formulation of operation specifications;
3. Perform process commissioning, maintenance and repair work of equipment;
4. Collect feedback and suggestions from epitaxial engineers on the operation of equipment.
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing and design, mechatronics and other related majors;
2. Solid basic knowledge of mechanical design, R&D experience in large-scale production equipment, good knowledge of vacuum equipment is preferred;
3. Good oral and written English, ability to read and write necessary materials and communicate with foreign manufacturers in daily work;
4. Good learning ability, communication skills, stress resistance and team spirit.
