HR Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Establish and improve the human resource management system according to the company's talent strategy and planning;
2. Responsible for the construction of talent system, improvement of the recruitment system, including talent reserve, high-end talent recruitment, core talent introduction, talent succession planning, enhance the company's core competitiveness;
3. Optimize the training system that meets the company's development requirements, provide systematic support for personnel development and training, build a backbone talent team, and enhance organizational capabilities and core competitiveness;
4. Promote the continuous optimization of business team performance management, improve team efficiency and achieve work goals;
5. Systematically design the salary scheme to provide effective solutions for attracting and retaining talents, and at the same time achieve effective control of labor costs;
6. Promote the construction of the company's corporate culture;
7. Assist the department director to complete the preparation and revision of the company's various human resources rules and regulations.

Requirements:
1. Full-time master degree or above, major in human resource management or related majors;
2. 5 years or above relevant work experience in HR, good at human resources recruitment, training modules, good knowledge of salary and performance modules and various national labor and personnel laws and policies;
3. Good professional ethics and sense of teamwork;
4. Excellent language expression and communication skills;
5. Flexible and innovative thinking.
