Senior R&D Engineer in GaN
Job Responsibilities:
1. Carry out the R&D of GaN epitaxial materials;
2. Responsible for the production and introduction of GaN epitaxial materials;
3. Make competitive product analysis, develop products according to market demand and carry out project management.
Requirements:
1. Ph.D. degree, major in physics, condensed matter physics, semiconductor materials, semiconductor optoelectronic devices, microelectronics and solid-state electronics, etc., at least 3 years of R&D experience in MBE (open to fresh graduates also);
2. Rich experience in epitaxial growth of nitride materials, familiar with the test characterization and process of related compounds;
3. Relevant academic achievements or patents in the field of optoelectronics, RF or power devices are preferred;
4. Ability to operate, maintain and optimize ultra-high vacuum equipment is preferred;
5. Good oral and written English, English can be used as a working language;
6. Be patient and meticulous, practical and diligent; with sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, and high loyalty.
