Vice President of MBE Epitaxial Production, Subsidiary
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to complete the business objectives issued by the group according to the strategic planning and annual business plan;
2. Responsible for the development, commissioning and optimization of MBE new products, new processes and new structures; and customer communication, mass production introduction and analysis and solution of technical problems related to epitaxy products;
3. Establish and operate the production quality management system, conduct regular quality inspections, and deal with emergency quality incidents;
4. Formulate the safety production management measures and operation specifications and be responsible for their execution and implementation to ensure safe production;
5. Monitor the operation status of the production equipment to ensure the integrity and stable operation of the equipment;
6. Responsible for cost control, review the annual budget and supervise the implementation, effectively control various energy and material consumption, and reduce operating costs;
7. Establish and improve the organizational structure, clarify the division of responsibilities, optimize staffing plan, participate in the process of employment and cultivation of the company’s talents.
Requirements:
1.Ph.D. degree, at least 10 years working experience in the field of MBE;
2.Rich experience in operating MBE equipment, proficient in MBE equipment structure, operation and maintenance, capable of handling process abnormal conditions;
3. Proficient in MBE technology, rich experience in the development of compound semiconductor epitaxy and devices, especially nitride, arsenide, phosphide;
4. Extensive experience in epitaxial workshop management, experience in factory construction is preferred;
5. Proficient English communication skills, excellent professional ethics, career-minded and adventurous spirit, strong ability to withstand pressure.
